Kieran Doe

Managing Director

Kieran has built an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional results and a passion for the affordable housing market, with a hands-on approach and ambitious plans spanning sustainability, quality construction and smart community planning.

Francois Beziac

Director

Francois brings more than 30 years of property development experience, running the Operations arm. Originally from France, he oversaw the development of over 1,000 properties a year before settling in New Zealand.

Heremana Malmezac

Director

After 15 years building his business group across French Polynesia and New Caledonia, Heremana leads Aedifice Capital, the group’s investment arm, and is CEO of the Malmezac Group.

Paul Gunn

General Manager

With over 25 years across property development, investment and asset management, Paul fuses law and property experience from iconic projects in the Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter and Smales Farm to oversee Aedifice’s growth.
